Stilla is a digital wellbeing tool that helps you manage your screen time. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or psychiatric condition. Stilla is not a therapeutic tool and is not a substitute for professional mental-health treatment. Research citations shown in the app (including references to addiction research, CBT, and relapse-prevention) are informational and reflect the scientific literature we draw on, not claims about what Stilla itself provides.
If you are experiencing addiction, depression, self-harm thoughts, or any other mental-health concern, please consult a qualified professional. In a crisis, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate helpline (e.g. 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US, 116 123 Samaritans in the UK & Ireland, 116 123 / Mental Helse in Norway).
Stilla surfaces statistical predictions ("Peak soon", "Likely pull right now") and personalized insights based on your logged data blended with published research priors. These are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees. The in-app transparency page shows the rolling hit-rate of the model on your own data. You should treat insights as nudges, not medical advice or factual statements about your brain or behavior.
Stilla does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device. If you subscribe to Premium, your subscription is managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.
Stilla can block apps and websites at your request. You are responsible for your own blocking choices. Stilla is not responsible for any consequences of blocking apps (missed messages, notifications, etc.). You can always disable blocking in the app settings.
Stilla is provided "as is" without warranty. We do our best to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that all features will work perfectly on all devices.
Stilla's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
